Azuma Orchard
It takes twenty minutes by car from Fukushima Stat...
Marue Orchard from Fukushima Prefecture is well-known for their production of peaches, cherries, pears, grapes, and apples. It is located 20 minutes by car from the JR Fukushima Station, and is blessed with both revitalizing nature surrounding it, and an excellent climate and cultivating conditions.
Did you know that taste and texture in peaches differs greatly when comparing the fruit that is still attached to the tree, and the one that has already been collected the day before consummation? If what you’re looking for in a peach, apart from its wonderful taste, is its irresistible chewing sensation, we suggest you try eating freshly collected peach. On the other hand, those who prefer their peaches ripen and soft, should search for their beloved piece of fruit at the stores and markets, among the ones that are intended for sale as souvenirs.
Marue Orchard welcomes not only those who come to indulge in the exciting activity of collecting peaches, but those who are in the search of delicious peaches sold as souvenirs at shops and marketplaces. As there are numerous brands of souvenir-intended peaches you can choose from, how about informing the shop assistant about if what you’re looking for is a firmer (or a softer) peach, so they could help you out pick the perfect one?
At Marue Orchard, they are implementing a special cultivating technique in order to make their peaches bigger and more delicious – out of 100 flowers that are said to bloom on a peach tree on average, they go through the “thinning” process in order to leave only 2 to 3 flowers left. By using such an extreme cultivation method, they are able to grow and offer their customers only the most delicious, best-of-the-best peaches you couldn’t find just anywhere.
There is no doubt that fruits cultivated with such an earnest and sincere devotion ought to be of the finest quality amongst the ones we see every day. How about you treat yourself to a luxurious piece of fruit passionately and lovingly grown at Marue Orchard?
